Where's Lumpy from?

Lumpy hails from Zgrunturos, a planet considered to be similar to Earth in the galactic evolutionary scheme of things by most sentient civilizations capable of faster than light travel. Zgrunturos isn't quite the armpit of the universe, but most galactic races consider it just about convenient enough to dump their space junk into the planet's orbit before they make their jump into hyperspace.

Who's this Lumpy character?

Lumpy is a former child star. Wildly successful in his youth, his star waned as he entered his 200's (for humans, it's roughly equivalent to teenage years).

No longer the cute, snarky kid in the popular family sitcom and too pigeonholed in his past "cute" kiddie roles to become a convincing teen hunkster, Lumpy lost his ability to score paying gigs.

Like many child stars, Lumpy's career started out with some bit parts in commercials before he hit the mother lode of popularity on a successful sitcom. Now, he's forever typecast, and though he's in denial, deep down inside, he knows his place in the pantheon of galactic stars.

What's he doin' here?

Now, what's a chubby, blue-skinned alien like Lumpy doing here on Earth?

For reasons that have been glossed over by Lumpy's agent, Lumpy came to our planet on a working vacation of sorts to earn a wad of quick cash and "disappear" from Zgrunturos for a while. Disappear from what or whom, we don't know…yet. At any rate, Lumpy accepted the starring role in a new, groundbreaking game show called QuitIt! for his first off-world acting gig.

Although Lumpy may be slumming it here on Earth for a pay day, he's still a real trouper on the QuitIt! show who's willing to show us "the show must go on" - no matter how much he's teased!
